Place sliced steak, salsa, and taco seasoning in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
Add in the sliced peppers and onions into the crock pot for the last hour of the cooking time if cooking or low or 30 minutes if cooking on high.
Cook until the veggies are the tenderness that you desire.
