Enjoy Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas Recipe with very little work thanks to this easy recipe. You just need 5 ingredients for the best crockpot steak fajitas.
Place 2 pounds sliced round steak, 2 cups salsa, and 2 tablespoons taco seasoning into the crock pot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
During the last hour of cooking on low, or the last 30 minutes on high, add 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced green bell pepper, and 1 sliced onion to the crock pot.
Continue cooking until the vegetables reach your desired tenderness.
Serve warm as is or over tortillas.

Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. I used round steak for this recipe, but it can also be made with flank steak, skirt steak or sirloin.
