Crock Pot Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta is loaded with a rich and creamy sauce full of sun dried tomatoes. This is the best comfort food and easy to make.
Place 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour 2 cups chicken broth on top.
Season the chicken and broth with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons dried basil. Add ½ cup sun dried tomatoes in olive oil on top of the chicken.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
About 5 minutes before serving, stir in 2 cups heavy cream until combined.
Stir in 16 oz cooked angel hair pasta and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
