Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef browned
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 16 oz package frozen tator tots
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef, then add it to the crock pot.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on Low for 2–3 hours. You can also cook on High for a shorter cooking time.
- About 30 minutes before serving, top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
