20ozcan Pineapple tidbitsnot drained (You want all the pineapple juice.)
¼cupbrown sugar
2green onionssliced (optional)
Instructions
Place 24 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour 10 oz teriyaki sauce, 1 can pineapple tidbits (20 oz, not drained), and ¼ cup brown sugar over the meatballs.
Stir everything together until the meatballs are evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or on high for 1.5–2 hours until heated through.
Top with 2 sliced green onions before serving if desired. Enjoy served over rice.
Notes
If you would like to thicken your sauce, take 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix with 1/2 cup cold water. Whisk together and add to the crock pot in the last hour of cooking.
