Ingredients
2
pound
pork tenderloin
1
cup
teriyaki sauce
½
cup
chicken broth
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
2
tablespoons
cornstarch
½
cup
cold water
Instructions
Place the 2 pound pork tenderloin in the crock pot.
Pour 1 cup teriyaki sauce and ½ cup chicken broth over the pork tenderloin. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until the pork is sliceable. If cooked too long, the pork will begin to shred.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and ½ cup cold water until smooth.
Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot.
Remove the lid and allow the sauce to cook for a few more minutes until thickened.
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the thickened teriyaki sauce spooned over the top.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
