Crockpot BBQ Porkchops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch

Instructions

  • Place 6 pork chops in a crock pot.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic salt and 1 tsp black pepper over the pork chops.
  • Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce and 1 cup water over the top.
  • Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Mix 2 Tbsp cornstarch with ¼ cup water and stir into the crock pot during the last hour to thicken.
  • Serve with sauce.

Notes

I love serving this over rice drizzled with the sauce from the crock pot.  I usually use boneless pork chops but bone-in pork chops work great too.
