If you don’t have a crock pot yet, there are some nice ones on sale. I love the programmable crock pot for when I am not at home. You can set it for the amount you need and leave the house for the day. It will cut off for when you programmed it, and keep it warm until you are ready to eat. I also love that it will seal closed so you can transport it for parties and tailgates. It has saved my car many times. 🙂
I also love my Ninja cooking system. It is pretty awesome because you can brown the pork chops in the pot and then let is slow cook all day. That means one more less pan to cook for most recipes. - boneless pork chops (mine were frozen)
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray’s is my favorite)
- 1 cup of soda (You can use coke, diet coke, any soda, or you can substitute with apple cider vinegar)
- 1/2 to a whole onion sliced
How to make Boneless Pork Chops in Crock Pot:
- Place frozen pork chops in the crockpot.
- Place onions on top of the pork chops.
- Next, pour BBQ and Soda on top.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high 3 to 4.
- I like to brush the porkchops with a little extra BBQ sauce once they are finished cooking.The onions are fabulous! YUM! You can’t get any easier than this!
