Expert Tips:

  • Combining Ingredients – You certainly don’t have to but if you have a big stand mixer, it makes this recipe even easier. I have one of the kitchen aid style mixers here. The dough hook makes it all come together so quickly.
  • Room Temperature – All the dough to rise at room temperature. You can cover with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel.
  • Measuring Ingredients – When making homemade bread, make sure to measure ingredients with a measuring cups or use a kitchen scale. You do not want to add to much flour.

How to Serve Easy Homemade Rolls:

These soft dinner rolls are best served warm. These are usually the last thing I remove from the oven, when making my holiday dinner.

These rolls are even better topped with butter or this Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon butter or our Homemade garlic butter. We have even topped with a homemade honey butter.

It is so easy to make and melts into the warm dinner rolls. Homemade rolls are the perfect side dish to any meal. But they are even better for making this Brown Gravy to dip the rolls in or make Instant Pot Lentil Soup Recipe.
