Ingredients

barbecue sauce

Instructions
Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large zip-top bag, combine the flour and ranch seasoning mix.
Cut each chicken breast into 5-6 bite-sized pieces. Add the chicken to the bag and shake until all the pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the coated chicken to the prepared slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce and water until smooth. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Gently stir the chicken to coat it in the sauce before serving.
Serve warm over cooked rice, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite side dishes.
