Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ½ lb ground beef until browned and drain excess grease, then place the cooked beef into the crockpot with 8 oz cream cheese (cut into smaller pieces) and 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained). Stir in 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and fully melted.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally until all the cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined.
