Crockpot Italian Pork Chop Dinner
One pot meals are such a time saver around here and this Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner does not disappoint. Enjoy tender pork, green beans and tomatoes!

Ingredients

boneless pork chops

chicken broth
Instructions
Spray a crock pot with nonstick spray.
Peel and dice 3 Russet potatoes, then spread them evenly in the bottom of the crockpot.
Place 6 boneless pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Add 16 oz frozen green beans over the pork chops.
Pour 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes and ½ cup chicken broth evenly over everything.
Season with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
