Ingredients

16 oz boxes frozen pierogies (cheddar)
1
pound
smoked Polska kielbasa
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
pepper

8 oz. block cream cheese, chopped up

cups
chicken broth
2
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced green onions
for serving
Instructions
Slice 1 pound smoked Polska kielbasa and place it in the crock pot.
Top the kielbasa with 1 block cream cheese (8 ounces), chopped up, 2 boxes frozen cheddar pierogies (16 ounces each), ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, and 2 cups chicken broth.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Thirty minutes before serving, stir the mixture and top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Cook until melted
Top with green onions and enjoy
Serve with a salad to make it a complete dinner.
