Brown 1 pound ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Place the browned and drained ground beef into a 6-quart crock pot.
Add 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained, 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained, ½ chopped onion, 1 cup corn, 2 cans (14 oz each) crushed tomatoes, ½ cup salsa, 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 2 cups water to the crock pot.
Stir all ingredients together until combined.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Serve warm with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
