Crock Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken is rich and creamy in every bite. With just a few ingredients, you can prepare Slow cooker Creamy Tuscan chicken recipe.
Place 3 chicken breasts (cut into 6 pieces) in a crock pot.
In a bowl, mix 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce, ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in 1 cup chopped spinach and cook 20 minutes on low or 10 minutes on high until wilted.
Serve warm.

I prefer this crock pot meal cooked on low as some crock pots run hot and the Alfredo sauce might curdle if cooked on high. Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. I like to chop the sun dried tomatoes more once I drain them from the jar so that they mix well into the sauce.
