Ingredients

All Purpose Flour

Beef Broth

teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
Season 4 cube steaks with 2 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and ¼ tsp garlic powder. Lightly coat both sides with 1 Tbsp of the ¼ cup flour.
Heat 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side until browned, then remove.
Add the remaining 4 Tbsp butter to the skillet and melt.
Whisk in the remaining 3 Tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in 2 cups beef broth and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Stir in ½ sliced onion and cook 5–6 minutes until tender and sauce thickens.
Return steaks to the skillet and spoon gravy over them.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
Serve warm.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
