Ingredients

(white or apple cider)

Instructions
Peel and thinly slice all 3 cucumbers.
Thinly slice 1 onion.
In a large container with a lid, combine 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup water, and ¼ cup granulated sugar.
Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the container.
Place the lid on the container and shake gently until the cucumbers and onions are fully coated.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving so the flavors can develop.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
