Instructions
Brown 1 pound lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
Stir 2 Tbsp taco seasoning and ¼ cup salsa into the cooked ground beef. Reduce the heat to low and cook uncovered for 3–5 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
Remove from the heat and allow the meat mixture to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine 4 romaine lettuce hearts chopped, 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed, 1 Roma tomato chopped, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups nacho cheese Doritos broken into smaller pieces, and the cooled meat mixture.
Drizzle ½ cup Catalina dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You can also make this salad ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. If you do that, then wait to add the chips until you're ready to serve it.
