Ingredients

peeled and finely chopped

stalks celery

Tomato Sauce
(8 oz can)

hot sauce

hamburger buns

Ranch dressing

Crumbled Blue Cheese
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the onion is translucent.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until it is browned and fully cooked.
Stir in the tomato sauce and hot sauce. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to combine.
Spoon the chicken mixture onto the hamburger buns.
Top each sandwich with ranch dressing and crumbled blue cheese.
Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
*You can use Buffalo Sauce instead of Hot Sauce if you prefer.
*This recipe can also be made with ground turkey or ground pork
