Add 2 pounds ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper to a large bowl. Mix with your hands until combined.
Form the mixture into 20 to 24 meatballs, about 1 to 2 inches each. Brown each meatball in a skillet or in your Ninja crock pot.
Place the browned meatballs in the crock pot.
Pour 2 cans 24 ounces crushed tomatoes over the meatballs. Add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley to the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Place 3 meatballs on a hoagie bun. Spoon over the hoagie bun and top with the mozzarella cheese and enjoy!
