Place 6 thick-cut boneless pork chops in a crock pot.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 oz each), 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, and ½ cup chicken broth until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 5–7 hours or on high for 2.5–3.5 hours until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
