1canartichoke heartsdrained and chopped (14 oz can)
8ozcream cheeseroom temperature
½cupsour cream
½cupmayonnaise
1cupMozzarella cheese(shredded)
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoonminced garlic
½teaspoonBlack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8X8 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl.
Then stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese, garlic and black pepper.
Spread the mixture into an even layer in the prepared 8X8 baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite dippers and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. This is best served warm so reheat any leftovers before enjoying. We used an 8X8 dish for this recipe, but a 9X9 baking dish or glass pie pan would work great too.
