- frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- cream cheese, at room temperature
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- minced garlic
- milk
- Black pepper
How to make spinach artichoke dip:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In an oven safe dish, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic and milk. Carefully stir to combine.
Place in the oven and cook uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the cheeses are melted. Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.

Spinach artichoke dip does not disappoint!
My kids don’t particularly like spinach or artichoke hearts but they really love this dip. The recipe is simple and easy. It’s so quick to make this anytime.
Sometimes, I just make some for movie night. It is that easy!
The only thing I can suggest is possibly doubling the recipe. I learned to make a double batch because everyone goes crazy over it.
I have even substituted coarsely chopped fresh spinach when I had baby spinach in the fridge I needed to use. Greek yogurt and sour cream are also tasty ingredients to add if you want the dip a little thinner.
We love garlic so I normally add a dash of garlic powder as well and it is so good. This dip is so hot and bubbly.
It is really amazing and one of our favorite dip recipes! It is versatile enough where you can substitute a few things and still have an amazing dip.
We are big fans of using what we have and can get on sale. This really helps to keep our grocery budget on track!
