Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare the 9x13 (or larger) baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Roll out 1 can refrigerated pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Gently push it toward the edges until the dough forms a rectangle shape.
In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons melted butter with ½ teaspoon garlic salt until combined.
Brush half of the butter mixture evenly over pizza dough.
Layer 10 slices provolone cheese, 8 slices shaved ham, 10 slices large pepperoni, 10 slices hard salami, and 6 slices mozzarella cheese onto the dough, slightly overlapping each piece and leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Along the long edge gently begin rolling dough into a log, careful not to tear the dough. Pinch the edges together to seal the dough.
Brush remaining butter mixture across top of dough and sprinkle with extra garlic salt, if desired.
Make 4 diagonal slits on top of dough to let the steam escape.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes. Slice, serve with sauces and enjoy!

Notes
If the stromboli is browning too quickly as it bakes, cover with a sheet of tin foil while it cooks. Fresh chopped parsley and pepper flakes can be sprinkled over the top before serving.Substitute any meat and cheese combo you desire. If you would like a darker crust, brush a beaten egg over dough before baking.
