Ingredients
- 1 pineapple (cut into bite sized chunks)
- 1 pound strawberries (quartered)
- ½ canteloupe
- 5 kiwis (sliced)
- 6 mandarin oranges (peeled and separated)
- 2 limes
- 2 lemons
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Cut 1 pineapple into bite-sized chunks, quarter 1 pound of strawberries, cut ½ cantaloupe into bite-sized pieces, slice 5 kiwis, and peel and separate 6 mandarin oranges.

- Add the pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, kiwis, and mandarin oranges to a large glass bowl.
- In a small glass bowl, whisk together ¼ cup honey, the juice from 2 limes, and the juice from 2 lemons.
- Pour the honey lime glaze over the fresh fruit and toss to combine.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
