Instructions
Cut 12 hard boiled and cooled eggs in half. Remove the yolks and chop the egg whites.
Mash the egg yolks with ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper until smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped egg whites, 2 thinly sliced green onions, 1 finely diced rib celery, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill. Stir until well combined.
Serve the egg salad on 12 slices of wheat bread with 6 slices of romaine lettuce.
