Combine ¼ cup chili powder, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, 2 tablespoons paprika, 2 tablespoons garlic salt, 2 teaspoons pepper, 2 teaspoons onion powder, and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Store in an airtight container like a mason jar.
