2
lb
Red Potatoes
1
tbsp
Minced Garlic
4
tbsp
Butter
1
tsp
Italian Seasoning
½
tsp
Salt
½
tsp
Pepper
Instructions
Wash 2 lb red potatoes and cut them into quarters.
Divide the potatoes evenly among 3 large sheets of aluminum foil, making sure each sheet is large enough to fold over and seal into a packet.
Evenly distribute 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 4 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper over the potatoes.
Fold each foil packet closed and seal tightly to prevent steam from escaping.
Place the foil packets on a grill over medium-high heat.
Cook for 30–40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Carefully remove the packets from the grill and allow them to cool slightly before opening, as hot steam will escape.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
*Note: You also also bake these in the oven at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
