Top each with ¼ of black beans (using 2 cans total) and ¼ of frozen corn (using 2 cups total).
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon taco seasoning onto each piece of chicken (8 teaspoons total).
Top each with ¼ cup salsa (using 2 cups total).
Fold the foil around each portion to create sealed packets.
Place the foil packets on the grill or campfire and cook for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Carefully open each packet and add about ¼ of the shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups total across all packets).
Reseal and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
