Instructions
If using 10 ounces frozen cranberries, let them thaw slightly on the counter for about 10 minutes while preparing the remaining ingredients. (Fresh cranberries can also be used.)
Slice off the stem and root ends of 1 orange, leaving the peel on. Cut the orange into 8 slices.
Add 10 ounces cranberries, 1 sliced orange, and 1 cup granulated sugar to a food processor.
Process until smooth or until no large chunks remain.
Transfer to a serving bowl or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine.
Stir well right before serving and enjoy!
Notes
You can decrease the sugar to 1/2 cup if you want a slightly less sweet relish.
It will last up to 1 week in the fridge in a covered container.
