Rinse the green beans, trim the ends, and pat them dry with paper towels.
Set up a breading station with 3 shallow bowls:Bowl 1: FlourBowl 2: Whisk together the eggs and milk.Bowl 3: Combine the panko breadcrumbs, salt, and paprika.
Coat each green bean in the egg mixture, then the flour. Dip it back into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a plate and repeat until all the green beans are breaded.
Pour about 2 inches of vegetable oil into a heavy saucepan or deep skillet. Heat the oil to 375°F.
Working in batches, carefully add the green beans to the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the fried green beans to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Sprinkle with a little extra salt, if desired.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
