Place ½ cup salted butter (softened), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley in a medium mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer to beat everything together until well combined.
Serve on bread, steak, or on top of your favorite vegetables.

Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight for up to 1-2 weeks. You can also freeze left over garlic butter in ice cube trays or in a freezer safe bag so that it’ll last even longer!

Butter - Softened butter at room temperature so you can easily mix this together. This creates a smooth and creamy texture.
Combining Ingredients - Easily combine the ingredients with a hand mixer to ensure everything is completely combined.
Variations Ideas
Butter - You can also use unsalted butter, you may just need to add in salt to taste.
Garlic - Garlic powder can be used if you do not have minced. We have also used roasted garlic or you fresh garlic. Learn How to Mince Garlic Cloves.
Parsley - You can also add in 1 tablespoon fresh parsley if you prefer.
Spices - Feel free to add in other spices such as 1 teaspoon of black pepper or fresh herbs such as thyme, or rosemary. We have even added in 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes for a kick of spice.
