Ingredients

large eggs
1/4
cup
of milk
1
container of Greek yogurt (5.3 oz.)

teaspoon
Baking powder
3/4
cup
all purpose flour

tablespoon

Instructions
In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and milk.
Then whisk in the container of greek yogurt until it is mixed well and there are no lumps.
In a smaller bowl, combine the baking powder with the flour. Then pour into the wet ingredients.
Mix well. If the batter is too thick then add milk one tablespoon at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
Melt the butter in a nonstick pan or an electric griddle.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan.
Allow it to cook for about 2 min until golden brown. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or warm syrup and enjoy!
