Ingredients

large eggs

cup
of milk

container of Greek yogurt (5.3 oz.)

teaspoon
Baking powder

all purpose flour

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and ¼ cup milk.
Whisk in 1 container (5.3 oz.) Greek yogurt until smooth and there are no lumps remaining.
In a smaller bowl, combine 1 teaspoon baking powder and ¾ cup all purpose flour. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Mix well until combined. If the batter is too thick, add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the consistency is to your liking.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick pan or on an electric griddle over medium heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve warm with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or syrup and enjoy!
