Ingredients

Fresh Green Beans
washed with the ends trimmed

Bacon
diced into small pieces

Minced Garlic

Instructions
Cook 6 slices diced bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
Move the bacon to a separate plate.
Drain off some of the bacon grease from the pan. Leave approximately 2 Tbsp of the grease still in the pan to cook the green beans in.
Add 1 ½ pounds fresh green beans to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the green beans are tender.
Stir the cooked bacon back into the skillet.
Serve warm and enjoy!
