Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
(approximately 4 chicken breasts)

Balsamic vinegar

brown sugar

Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, ? cup brown sugar, and ½ teaspoon black pepper until the brown sugar is dissolved.
Place 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (approximately 4 chicken breasts) in a large bowl or gallon-size storage bag.
Pour the balsamic marinade over the chicken, seal the bag or cover the bowl, and turn the chicken to coat it evenly.
Refrigerate and marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
Grill the chicken for 7 to 10 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice the chicken, serve warm, and enjoy.
Notes
These marinade is delicious on chicken legs and chicken thighs too!
