Grilled BBQ Pork Chops have the best flavor, and each bite is so tender. Grilled pork chops go from grill to table in about 15 minutes. You can enjoy juicy pork chops even during busy weekdays.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 450°F.
Rub 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over both sides of 4 bone-in pork chops.
Season both sides of the pork chops with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, rubbing the seasonings into the meat.
Place the pork chops directly on the grill over direct heat and cook for 4–6 minutes without moving them until they release easily from the grill grates.
Flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes on the opposite side until they release easily from the grill.
Brush both sides of the pork chops with ½ cup BBQ sauce.
Continue cooking for 1 minute per side to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
Transfer the pork chops to a serving plate and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.
