In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Place 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates with additional olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill and reduce the heat to medium.
Grill the chicken for 7–10 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Grill bone-in thighs for 9-14 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Then let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes and the chicken is ready to enjoy!
