Grilled Brussel Sprouts are coated in olive oil and garlic then threaded on skewers. Brussel sprouts on the grill take just minutes to prepare and make the perfect side dish.
Wash the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and pat them dry.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss until evenly coated.
Thread the Brussels sprout halves onto metal skewers, keeping the stems facing the same direction.
Place the skewers directly on the grill and cook until tender, turning halfway through.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftover Brussel sprouts in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Use metal skewers for this recipe as the wood skewers are not strong enough to pierce the Brussel sprouts.
