Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400 degrees F.
Cut 1 pound Brussels sprouts in half, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the Brussels sprouts.
Season with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Toss the Brussels sprouts thoroughly to evenly coat them with the oil and seasonings.
Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts onto a large piece of foil and seal the edges tightly to form a foil packet.
Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
Carefully open the foil packet, watching for hot steam.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can also make these in the oven. Bake the foil packet at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until tender. Refrigerate the leftover Brussel sprouts in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
