These easy to make Chicken Foil Packets taste delicious and make cleanup a breeze. The wonderful blend of bacon, ranch and cheese combine into something tasty.

Seal the foil back up and allow the heat from the meal to melt the cheese10 minutesmins
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
Combine the chicken, 4 slices of bacon, potatoes, ranch seasoning, and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir until evenly coated.
Divide the mixture evenly among four sheets of heavy-duty foil. Top each portion with the cream cheese.
Seal the foil packets and place them on the grill.
Grill for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the potatoes are fork-tender.
Carefully open each packet. Top each with ½ cup of cheddar cheese and divide the remaining 4 slices of bacon evenly among the packets.
Reseal the packets and let them rest for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Carefully open and serve.
Notes
Make sure to use heavy duty foil so that it doesn’t break when making this recipe. You can also use fingerling potatoes or yukon gold potatoes as well. Just make sure to dice them into smaller pieces so that the potatoes are done at the same time as the chicken. You can use your favorite types of bacon in this recipe. Make sure that it’s cooked and crispy before using in this recipe. Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
