In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup softened salted butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley. Beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Slice 1 loaf French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the butter mixture on each side of the bread and sprinkle 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread.
Place the pieces of bread back together.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
Place on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes turning it occasionally until the bread is crispy on the outside and heated threw.
Then cut the bread into slices. Serve warm and enjoy!

You can easily make this recipe with any type of bread. Keep the bread wrap in the foil until ready to serve to keep it warm.
