Grilled Shrimp Recipe cooks in about 5 minutes which makes a quick and easy recipe. Add a side of rice, top it on a salad or serve it with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
Whisk together all the ingredients except for the shrimp in a medium size.
Place the shrimp in the bowl. Cover and allow the shrimp to marinade refrigerated for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours. Do not marinade longer than 2 hours or the lemon juice will start to break down the shrimp.
Preheat a grill over medium high heat. Clean the grill grates and rub oil over the grates to prevent the shrimp from sticking to the grill.
Place the marinated shrimps directly on the grill and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp is cooked through and pink.
Remove from the grill. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes
You can easily use shrimp with tails on or tails removed for this recipe. Just make sure that the shrimp is peeled and deveined before marinating. Refrigerate any leftover shrimp in an airtight container for up to 3 days. I like to grill jumbo shrimp directly on the grill grates. However, if you cannot find jumbo shrimp in your area, thread the shrimp on skewers to prevent them from falling through the grill grates. If you use wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
