Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and fresh parsley.
Add the shrimp and toss to coat in the marinade.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
Place the skewers directly on the hot grill and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
