Tear aluminum foil into 6 equal pieces, one for each tilapia filet.
Place 1 tilapia filet on each piece of foil.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
Drizzle a total of 1 tbsp olive oil evenly over the 6 tilapia filets.
Sprinkle the tilapia filets evenly with 3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning (approximately ½ teaspoon per filet).
Fold and seal each foil packet around the tilapia.
Place the foil packets directly on the grill.
Grill for 8–10 minutes, or until the tilapia reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Carefully remove the foil packets from the grill and allow them to rest for 1–2 minutes.
Carefully open the foil packets, being cautious of the hot steam.
Serve immediately and enjoy.

*Refrigerate any leftover tilapia in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. *Make sure that the tilapia filets are completely defrosted if using frozen tilapia filets.
