Ham and Cheese Sliders are an easy baked sandwich recipe made with soft Hawaiian rolls, layers of savory ham and melty cheese, and topped with a buttery glaze. They are perfect for parties, game day, holidays, or a quick family dinner and bake in just 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, and 2 teaspoons dried minced onion. Stir until well mixed.
Slice 12 King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls in half horizontally to make sandwiches. Remove the tops and set them aside.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Layer 9 oz thin sliced deli ham evenly over the rolls, then top with 8 oz thin sliced Swiss cheese.
Place the tops of the rolls back onto the sandwiches.
Brush or pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
Separate into individual sandwiches and serve. Enjoy!
