Try this easy Hawaiian Roll Hamburger Recipe that you can make in 15 minutes. With the help of Hawaiian Rolls you will have your dinner ready in no time at all.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef mixture, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
While the beef is cooking, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer the cheese slices over the hot beef.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup. Spread this mixture on the underside of the top half of the rolls.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until tops are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve and enjoy!
Notes
To prevent the bottom of the rolls from getting soggy, you can toast them lightly before assembling. These are best served fresh as they will get soggy as they sit but you can refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
