1cupChicken Broth

Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high and add 2 tsp vegetable oil.
Add 5 bratwursts and brown for 2–3 minutes per side.
Pour in 1 cup chicken broth, reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Season with ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper.
Serve immediately.

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. We used an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the brats are cooked to a safe internal temperature before eating.
