Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Place a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes until very cold.
Add 2 tbsp sugar to the chilled mixing bowl.
Pour in 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
Whisk the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Use within 8 hours for best results.
If the whipped cream begins to flatten, re-whisk briefly to restore texture.
