fresh limes juiced
Instructions
Place the beef roast in a 6- to 8-quart Instant Pot. Pour the beef broth around the roast.
Add the apple cider vinegar, sliced onion, minced garlic, cumin, black pepper, salt, chili powder, and lime juice.
Secure the lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally. Once the pin drops, carefully remove the lid.
Remove the beef from the Instant Pot and shred it with two forks.
Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
Spread the shredded beef in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Broil for up to 10 minutes, watching closely, until the edges are browned and crispy.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.
