Ingredients

cheap steak or roast
chopped into chunks

beef broth

(8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1
tablespoon
minced garlic
½
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
black pepper
1.5
tablespoons
yellow curry powder
1
tablespoon
garam masala
½
large yellow onion
chopped
cilantro
to garnish
chopped red onion
to garnish
Instructions
Place the steak and yellow onion in the Instant pot.
In a small bowl mix mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour this mixture over the steak and onions in the instant pot.
Cover and set the valve to sealing. Set the pressure for 25 minutes on high pressure.
Do a quick release to release the pressure from the instant pot.
Stir to combine the ingredients.
Serve over rice and top with red onion and cilantro. Enjoy!

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
