Ingredients

garam masala

large yellow onion

Instructions
Place the chopped beef and chopped yellow onion in the Instant Pot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, tomato sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, curry powder, and garam masala.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and onions, stirring to coat the meat evenly.
Secure the lid and set the pressure release valve to the Sealing position.
Cook on High Pressure for 25 minutes.
When the cook time is complete, carefully perform a quick release of the pressure.
Remove the lid and stir the beef and sauce until well combined.
Serve the beef curry over cooked rice and garnish with chopped red onion and fresh cilantro, if desired.
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
