Ingredients

brown rice
(not instant rice)
2 ½
cups
water

Garlic Salt
Instructions
Place 2 cups brown rice (not instant rice) into the insert of your pressure cooker or Instant Pot.
Pour 2½ cups water into the pressure cooker.
Stir in 1 tablespoon garlic salt.
Secure the lid and make sure the pressure release valve is set to the Sealing position.
Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and set the cook time for 22 minutes on High Pressure.
When the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Once the pressure has fully released, carefully remove the lid.
Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy.

Note: If the rice is still wet once you open the lid, allow the rice to sit for 5-10 minutes for some of the water to steam off before serving.
